Leading for Good: Convictions statement

Leading for Good: good money

This doesn't mean 'expensive' (although we seek to charge the going rate based on market norms). It means that the commercial basis of our work will be fair and just.

We will not do work that could be done more competently, or more economically, by someone else. Good money also entails committing 20% of the company's Profit Before Tax to the charitable arm of the business.

This currently involves working in Kenya, Uganda and East Africa, providing rural community leaders with 'almost free' state of the art Leadership Development

Leading for Good: good leaders

are not necessarily 'paragons of virtue' or 'social philanthropists'. They are leaders who have agendas that go beyond their ego needs.

Ambition, drive and hunger are great attributes if underpinned with a desire to 'be of service to a non-selfish cause'.

This desire is unlikely to be fully formed. Part of our passion lies in helping leaders uncover, ignite and cultivate the nobler aspirations that underpin their call to leadership.

Leading for Good: good things

are activities, strategies, goals and outcomes that are 'good news'. Good news for employees, shareholders, suppliers, customers and partners AND good news for the environment, the community, national citizens, consumers, the families of employees and the developing world.
